COVID-19 measures -

Social Distancing and Hygiene Policy

What we are doing within the studio/ treatment room to keep us all safe:

There will be increased time between appointments to allow time for cleaning between each session/class.

The equipment, floor space and any contact surface will be cleaned down between each session/class/treatment.

The reformer straps have been covered with medical grade vinyl which will be cleaned between each class.

Your instructor/ therapist will wear appropriate PPE.

In classes hands on correction will only be used when verbally agreed and in the case of facilitation of correcting form/preventing injury to the client.

What we need you to do to keep us all safe:

On entering the Belfast Boat club please wear a mask.

You must keep the mask on until you enter the studio and are at the reformer. If you are attending a Physiotherapy or Sports massage appointment you will be asked to keep your mask on.

Please remain outside the studio until your instructor/ therapist comes to get you.

Please arrive ready, changing facilities will not be available. You will need to bring your own water.

You must sanitise your hands on entry and exit of the studio (sanitising stations are provided)

If you have any of the following symptoms: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell and taste, runny nose or sore throat you must not attend your session/treatment and you must let us know as soon as you can.

If you have been in close contact with anyone with confirmed covid-19 in the last 3 days you must not attend your session/treatment and must let us know as soon as you can.

If you have travelled anywhere that has been advised against you must not attend your session and must let us know as soon as you can.

Cancellation Policy -

Any cancellations within 8hrs will be automatically deducted from your account.
