A must for those new to the reformer pilates or for when you want a slower, more focused class.

Get familiar with the refomer machine, learn the fundamentals of Pilates and practise techniques that you’ll need to isolate muscles groups and activate them correctly. A slower class with more instruction, set-up and correction.

Expect harder springs, faster changeovers and less instruction.  Challenge your body to new levels of strength and flexibility.

Challenge yourself to new levels with this class. Expect long flowing sequences with once exercise interconnecting with the next, seamless spring changes, increased work and heart rate. 

Your must have excellent knowledge of the reformer machine, good levels of fitness, flexibility and core strength.

JUMPBOARD REFORMER CLASS

A class with the Jumpboard as the focus of the session. This class is a full body workout suitable for improver/ intermediate level. Challenge your cardiovascular health, coordination and mind. You will leave with an endorphin filled sweaty glow!

Restorative Reformer pilates

A truly gorgeous class!

This class focuses on mobility and deep stretches and is finished off with a 15 minute Meditation. It is a great adjunct the our other classes. Using the reformer machine and the mat we challenge the whole body, leaving you feeling realigned and restored.


Pre-natal reformer pilates Belfast

PRE-NATAL REFORMER PILATES

A class designed to specifically focus on pre-natal care. If you have been attending Reformer Pilates already, you can continue in this class once you find out you’re pregnant and have the all clear to continue with exercise. If you are new to the practice, please wait until the second trimester.

This class will still have the elements of strength and mobility training that are in the other classes but with added focus on breath work, pelvic floor health and relaxation to support you during your pregnancy and in the post-natal phase.
